Filming:
Keeping in view a growing interest for filming during the Everest Skydive, we have come up with a special filming package for groups eager to make films during the Everest Skydive.
A filming group will receive Permit for filming, Liaison Officer, Company's assistance for export and import of equipments, etc. To register for Everest Skydive 2010 as a filming group, the following prices will be levied:
Entry fee as a filming group: £11000 (£7500 for ground filming & £3500 for aerial filming per client done by Everest Skydive crew)
Fee for each participating member as a ground crew: £4250
All applicable taxes, customs and duties for import and export of the equipments need to be born directly by the filming team.

- Photocopy of passport of all crew members
- Declaration of Explore Himalaya Travel & Adventure as local agent
- Application form

Payment Terms:
DEPOSITS:
If you are a Tandem or Solo Jumper, Deposit of £1000 has to be paid as a token of your confirmation as member of the Everest Skydive.
If you are the member of the support trek, the deposit shall be £500.
The deposits are to be paid, either directly to Explore Himalaya or to the booking agent. Explore Himalaya banking details given by booking agent.
This will be ascertained at the time of the trip confirmation.
Exclusions
• International flights to and from Kathmandu
• Personal insurance
• Trek clothing
• Personal photographs ordered from aerial camera person – Price UKP500
• Any expense of personal nature, telephone calls, laundry and tips
Final Payment:
Balance payment as per your invoice has to be paid by the 25th July 2010 for OCTOBER departures.
Booking Procedure:
Once you decide to book with us for the upcoming Everest Skydive trip as a Solo or Tandem jumper, you are requested to fill a booking form and send to us along with the deposit amount either to our company’s Bank account in Kathmandu or designated bank account in Europe. Please download the booking form on the link below.

Subsequently, we need your medical details and the bio-data to be filled for processing the permission. We also need your photographs along with the bio-data form either by post or attached scan copy of your pp size photograph on the given form and a copy of your passport.

NOTE: For Solo skydivers, we will require a copy of your Skydiving License as well.
Before You Leave:
We understand that you have booked for Everest Skydive as a Solo or Tandem jumper. Please make sure that you have sent following information to the organizers
1. Completed booking form
2. Completed medical information form
3. Bio-data form
4. Copy of your passport.
5. Your license for Skydiving (for Solo jumpers only)
6. Your insurance details covering cancellation and curtailment, Solo jump’s accident, search & rescue evacuation, third party liability, Investigation.
7. Your receipts for the deposits made and final payment.
So, we request you to go through the check list and make sure that anything is on the list below is supplied to the organizers.

Cancellation Policy:
Should there be a situation of cancellation, we should be informed immediately in writing. 50% of the deposit amount shall be levied as cancellation charge if it is before making the final payment. If you cancel your trip at the end of August , and the final payment has already being made , then another 50% shall be deducted . There will be no refunds for cancellations made after 31st of August.
Disclaimer:
Worst-Case-Scenario:
Due to the unusual nature of the trip and extra formalities required through various organizations, there could be the case of an adverse situation where we may be compelled to pull out from the operation. In such a scenario, 15th of August will be the dateline to reconfirm whether the trip would be taking place. As far as possible, we shall try to stick with the schedule, but in case of unforeseen circumstances, if the trip has to be cancelled or rescheduled, we shall let you either take a full refund of the money paid or, offset the same for any of our upcoming trips in future. Explore Himalaya takes full liability for the recovery of your money without any loss.
